Our client was assisting a major online video streaming service which wanted to refine and test the way it communicated an important service change to subscribers in Australia, Canada and the UK. Over a two-week period we recruited 12 recent subscribers and 12 tenured subscribers in each market ensuring each group also met a variety of other recruitment criteria. In Australia we also arranged for the groups to be led by a local moderator who was familiar with recent developments in the video streaming market. The client was very pleased with the insights that they obtained and used these to help decide on the timing and content of the final messaging.
