We were approached by a client who was looking to conduct 90-minute online focus groups with females living in Mexico who regularly shop at a globally known clothing store. Our client asked for an all-female group of participants, which needed to include individuals aged between 15 and 40 years old, ensuring that there was a good number of younger respondents included within the sample. It was also requested that the sample should include respondents living in different parts of Mexico.
FieldworkHub successfully recruited all of the participants in just over one week. Past research experience had also prepared us for the increased likelihood of dropouts in Mexico compared to other countries. To account for this, we recruited additional backups, so we could ensure that we met our client’s minimum attendance requirements. We also provided moderation and reporting services and our client was extremely satisfied with the results.
