A leading global hygiene company wanted to collect insight on how different products commonly used in industrial settings were being stored and utilised, and asked us to recruit facilites managers and purchasing decision makers across heavy manufacturing, light manufacturing and food manufacturing settings in Mexico and Colombia to take part in 60-minute online interviews.
Our client had set quotas on the geography, the specific manufacturing settings and the products purchased by the individual, as well as a desire to split the profiles into two phases, the first for purchasing managers and the second for facilities managers. They also expressed an interest in receiving photos from the respondents showing how the products in question were stored at their place of work.
Our Spanish speaking recruitment team successfully recruited fifty respondents and managed interviews with all of them. Our project management team worked late at night to ensure that our clients were able to follow the sessions live.
After some initial challenges in recruitment due to public holidays in Mexico, we were able to add extras resources rapidly to achieve the target number of recruits. We kept respondents engaged and verified their job titles by using LinkedIn and requesting business cards where possible.
FieldworkHub also managed to collect photos from many respondents detailing where and how they stored their cleaning products, which pleased our client.
Thanks to you and your team for getting everyone set up tonight and making sure the groups ran smoothly.
