Our client was working for a global technology company and asked us to recruit 100 professional females from the UK, Germany, Italy and Spain for an initial online quantitative survey. The survey asked them about their career motivations, their attitudes towards running and owning a business, and their perceptions of the logistics sector. In the survey they were given a description of a particular business opportunity in the logistics sector with the end client and were asked to share their impressions of the opportunity. After the initial online survey, the five most articulate and enthusiastic respondents from each country were re-contacted and invited to take part in a 60-minute remote depth interview via Zoom to provide further insights.Â
FieldworkHub programmed, hosted and tested the survey platform for all markets, then cleaned and translated the data and delivered the results in English. We also provided a local moderator to conduct depth interviews in each of the non-English speaking markets, recorded the interviews and delivered English transcripts of each interview. At the end of the study, we undertook additional analysis of the online survey results for the client and arranged for each moderator to provide a one-page topline report on the results from their country. The client was very happy with FieldworkHub’s flexibility in taking on additional last-minute requests for analysis and reporting that went beyond the original project scope.
I contacted FieldworkHub with a last-minute research request. I thought it would be tricky to pull off, but Philip and the team made it so easy. It was a pleasure to work with people who were clearly experts at what they do. Not only did they turn the whole project around super quickly, but they were responsive, helpful and gave very thoughtful suggestions when I asked for advice. The process was smooth and easy from the start.
