On behalf of a UK healthcare recruitment agency, we were asked to recruit 100 UK healthcare workers (GPs, hospital doctors, and nurses) to complete an online survey about their views on agency work. The client wanted to understand which channels this target audience used when searching for employment, what the drivers were and what were the perceived advantages and disadvantages they associated with agency work. The client also wanted to measure the reputation of their brand.
We worked very closely with our client to review and understand all the questions in the survey and make sure they would provide the required insights. Throughout the project we kept a close eye on the different quota set by our client, in terms of quotas requested for each type of participant (hospital doctors, GPs and nurses). We also extracted regular reports throughout the project and informed our client of any trends we could identify from the responses collected. At the end of the project, we delivered combined results and separate reports for each type of healthcare professional and by gender to allow our client a better understanding on how agency work is perceived by the different segments of their target audience.
