Facility selection and management

FieldworkHub can recommend and book vetted research facilities worldwide for your face-to-face market research. We’ll also co-ordinate with the facility to ensure that everything runs smoothly and allow you to concentrate on the research itself. We can also provide a supervisor in facility from our own team or a trusted local partner.

Why is facility selection important?

Hand-picked viewing facilities

Whether you want an intimate research studio for in-depth interviews and focus groups, an environment for usability testing with eye tracking, or a large facility for 50 viewed respondents, we know what studios are available in major cities around the world, and can advise you on the best choice of venue and manage your booking.

We don’t operate our own viewing facilities so we are able to offer impartial advice. More importantly, as a result of past projects, we’ve built up a database of high-quality viewing facilities across Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, North America and Latin America. Our facility partners operate to the highest management standards, while providing excellent service to you and your visiting clients. For research in London, we can also arrange meeting rooms with high-definition video recording at our offices in the City of London (EC2 postcode) at economical rates – please contact us for more details.

Our process

Our facility selection and management process

1
Review your requirements
To determine the most suitable facility for your project, we need to understand your requirements in detail. This includes assessing the ideal room size, the technology and equipment needed, preferred location, and any special set-up or viewing arrangements.
2
Select facility
Suitable venues from our extensively vetted international network are contacted to check their availability on the relevant dates. We then recommend the facility that can effectively accommodate your research needs.
3
Reserve and coordinate
We handle the entire reservation process on your behalf and maintain close communication with the facility to confirm that every logistical detail is in place. This includes co-ordinating room set-up and verifying that all equipment is available and functioning.
4
Manage participants
During fielding, we continue to support you by managing participant arrivals, chasing latecomers and turning away over-recruits who are no longer needed. We can also provide an on-site supervisor to oversee logistics and maintain smooth operations.
