Project management

Pro-active fieldwork project management
At FieldworkHub, we take a ‘no surprises’ approach to project management, built on the belief that effective communication is the foundation of every successful project. From commissioning through to invoicing, one of our directors remains involved throughout, ensuring oversight, continuity, and consistent quality. You are supported by an organised, friendly project manager who serves as your single point of contact, even when coordinating complex international market research across multiple countries and time zones.
Your project manager works proactively with our in-house recruiters and trusted external partners to ensure every stage runs smoothly. They closely monitor timelines, logistics, and recruitment progress while providing clear, regular updates, flagging potential issues early, and ensuring that the project is delivered to the highest possible standard.

Case studies of projects with special project management challenges

B2B research: opinion leaders in news, 22 markets
The client wanted to hear from a large number of respondents who were either news industry professionals or key opinion leaders in 22 countries. Over a five-month period, we successfully screened, recruited and scheduled nearly 500 B2B profiles for a mix of face-to-face and online research.

Central location test: toilet cleaning products, UK
We carried out a large central location test for a manufacturer of toilet cleaning products in which female buyers of toilet cleaning products viewed our client’s products and competitor products on a mocked-up supermarket shelving unit and then completed a short survey with an interviewer at the facility.

Ethnographic user testing: medical packaging
A US-based company that provides human factors engineering services and usability testing to medical device manufacturers, wanted to conduct research involving participants testing a new type of medical packaging in their homes. We recruited participants with differing backgrounds and scheduled the interviews.
