A design agency was testing out a concepts for a new digital product aimed at helping light commercial vehicle fleet managers to schedule service appointments, repairs and maintenance.
We were asked to find six decision makers in the UK for commercial fleets of different sizes from 2 to 30 vehicles who were willing to take part in 60-minute video interviews to discuss the way that they currently schedule servicing and maintenance and the pain points that they experience.
The research schedule was very tight, so we were asked to arrange the interviews with only seven days’ notice and fit them in before a holiday weekend. Six interviews were successfully completed and the client was very pleased with the insights obtained.
The team were very quick to support all aspects of the project with excellent communication throughout. It was great that they were able to deliver on our requests fully to a very tight deadline and they took all of the stress of recruitment for us. We are extremely happy with our experience of working with FieldworkHub and would look to use them again in the future.
