A global technology firm wanted to understand news and information consumption behaviour of 16–24-year-olds in the USA and Brazil. We were asked to recruit 40 respondents per market for an online bulletin board. The client was keen to find a mix of gender, age. ethnicity/race, socio-economic status and location.
A well-known audio streaming platform wanted to understand the audio consumption habits of members of Gen Z in 14 different countries. FieldworkHub was tasked with finding 30 participants in total who all spoke English and listened to some form of audio at least once per week on the client’s platform.
We helped a client conduct qualitative research about the needs, motivations, behaviours and brand perceptions held by young people who are currently playing, watching or otherwise engaging with basketball. We recruited a variety of profiles for 90-minute online interviews.

We recruited six respondents per market with a mix of people who were regular players, casual players, or had some other connection to it.
A leading multinational packaged food company, wanted to test out new flavours of their product in the UK market and asked FieldworkHub to recruit respondents aged 14 to 22 to complete online activities. We oversaw the entire recruitment process and kept the client updated on a daily basis.
A management consultancy firm wanted assistance with a study involving students from China and India currently studying in the UK, USA or Australia, or preparing to study in one of these countries, and their parents back in their home country. We carried out recruitment and interview scheduling.
Our client asked us to recruit young adults in Europe who regularly shop at a leading streetwear retailer to take part in an online focus group, follow up in-depth interviews and online virtual shop along. We recruited against specific criteria including location, age, gender and attitudes towards fashion trends.
The University of Cambridge created an online application system for candidates wishing to study there. They wanted to conduct remote user tests, with a sample of prospective undergraduate/postgraduate students who were applying to top UK universities. We recruited and screened in 14 respondents in less than a week.
