A client working for a global transportation and logistics company asked FieldworkHub to arrange online IDIs with a small sample of consumer and B2B account holders in the Netherlands to discover how each profile uses the end client’s online shipping services to send and receive packages.

FieldworkHub recruited consumers in the Netherlands for two rounds of research on the subject of deferred payments, involving a mix of online dyad interviews (with pairs who were friends or relatives) and mini focus groups. The recruitment brief required us to satisfy a number of interlocking quotas.

FieldworkHub recruited respondents in Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, the Netherlands, Poland and Latvia for online focus groups. Our client was working on a project about the dissemination of information regarding EU-funded science projects. They wanted respondents who were interested in science and had different levels of trust towards European institutions.

Our client wanted to undertake a series of in-depth interviews to test names for a new diagnostics platform based on mRNA, which allows healthcare providers to distinguish between a viral and bacterial infection in a point of care setting. We arranged interviews with 15 respondents across the four markets.

Our client wanted to carry out an Implicit Association Test to assess perceptions of injectable and oral treatments to manage type 2 diabetes in general practice. We were asked to recruit GPs and doctors with a special interest in type 2 diabetes in five European markets to complete an online test.
