Our client wanted to run two face-to-face 90-minute focus groups with people working in Brussels to discuss their views on technology companies and the role they play in our society today. We were asked to recruit 16 Brussels residents who have a professional interest in tech policy.
FieldworkHub was asked to arrange a viewing facility as well as providing transcripts of the sessions. Despite the difficulty of reaching these hard-to-find and high-profile respondents and encouraging them to travel to a central location for research, we managed to recruit 16 out of 16 profiles and there were no drop-outs, so the client was extremely satisfied.
