FieldworkHub was asked to recruit females in Poland who used liquid stain remover as part of their laundry routine. We needed to recruit individuals who used a specific type of liquid stain remover made by a popular consumer goods brand, as well as those who used other types of stain remover. The client wanted to understand respondents’ usage of stain remover in the clothes washing journey, how their step-by-step journey differs from those who do not use stain remover, and why they choose the client’s brand.
FieldworkHub successfully recruited eight highly engaged respondents while ensuring the specific brands were all represented. We worked with the client to help set the respondents up on the diary platform, train them in how to use it, and resolve any initial access issues. Respondents then made a number of video, photo and text entries over a two-week period. We kept our client updated with how the respondents were progressing through the tasks, and encouraged the respondents to continue with the tasks to meet our client’s deadline for completion. In the end, 100% of respondents finished the diary on time. The insights gained from the study were used in a report which was presented the following week.
The team were very quick to support all aspects of the project with excellent communication throughout. It was great that they were able to deliver on our requests fully to a very tight deadline and they took all of the stress of recruitment for us. We are extremely happy with our experience of working with FieldworkHub and would look to use them again in the future.
