A global energy leader who runs multiple rounds of in-person focus groups around the world each year tasked us with arranging research in Saudi Arabia. The respondents needed to be senior decision makers across a range of industries, all with an interest in, and working knowledge of, the energy industry in Saudi Arabia.
We were asked to provide recruitment, translation and moderation for two face-to-face groups in each of Jeddah, Al-Khobar and Riyadh. We were also asked to source and suitable local facilities capable of hosting the groups and liaise with the venue providers to ensure that everything ran smoothly.
We successfully filled all of the groups and organised Arabic moderation along with simultaneous translation back into English for our clients, who were attending in person.
