FieldworkHub has been a great research partner to me and my team. Caroline and Cornelius were incredibly proactive, helping us anticipate any issues that might come up and plan for how to handle them. Even though it did turn out to be a challenging project, things went smoothly because we were one step ahead. The team went above and beyond to help ensure our goals were met.
In-home, in-facility IDIs: child vaccination, São Paulo

The client brief
The client wanted to gain insights from parents of children aged 0 to 5 years, who were social media users and had to be members of parenting and/or health groups. We were asked to recruit respondents for a mix of in-home and in-facility sessions, each lasting 90 minutes, over two days in São Paulo, Brazil.
FieldworkHub delivers
FieldworkHub was responsible for booking a moderator and a simultaneous translator, a videographer to provide live streaming to remote observers, and a personal assistant for the client who travelled with the team to all interviews, as well as arranging catering and a minivan for transport.
For the in-home sessions, all respondents had to be willing to welcome the moderator, simultaneous translator and client observers into their home. We successfully completed six in-home interviews and ten in-facility sessions.

We recently embarked on a new longitudinal research project and were looking for a reliable, long-term recruitment partner. FieldworkHub were recommended to us, and they were outstanding. The team didn’t let anything drop and kept us fully informed during the entire project, which instilled a huge amount of confidence in the team at AMV. I have no hesitation recommending them.
