I want to express my appreciation for the team’s effort on this project. Wanessa, especially, went above and beyond in the past week in communicating with both our team and the researchers on the ground.
MROC: mental health, disease, climate change staff

The client brief
A leading health research charitable foundation that focuses on tackling issues such as climate change, infectious diseases and mental health, commissioned FieldworkHub to help them run a 10-month online community that would draw together professionals, students and campaigners from Brussels, Belgium, working in each of these three areas. The client’s objective was to learn more about this audience, and for respondents to help shape the future programmes and campaigns of the client’s foundation.
FieldworkHub delivers
The clients wanted a good spread of participants across clinical / healthcare professionals, researchers and public policy professionals aged 20 to 35 years. The client needed good English speakers who lived in Brussels, Belgium, and were highly enthusiastic and engaged with the online activities. All respondents needed to complete around 45 minutes’ of activities per month, broken down into one activity every two weeks. The client was very pleased that FieldworkHub succeeded in recruiting ten participants who were committed enough to continue participating for the full ten months.

I was pleased to work with FieldworkHub to engage with small businesses. The team were friendly and engaging and they added value by make practical suggestions on how we could best capture the information we required in the fairest and most objective way possible. The team had to work to very tight timescales and they delivered. Their work contributed to the decisions and actions taken by us subsequently.
