A leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) company asked FieldworkHub to arrange an online focus group with decision makers involved in the selection of service management software, focusing on medium to large enterprises. We recruited participants at manager to VP level from companies employing 500+ staff in a range of different sectors to take part in the group.
