Our client was working for Toyota and Lexus in the Middle East and wanted to explore topics around car ownership, car servicing and personal mobility. We were asked to recruit around 60 car owners, car drivers and people who used other personal mobility solutions such as public transport, taxis/ride-sharing services and bicycles for three rounds of research interviews over a six-month period.
In the first two phases we recruited almost 50 participants in the UAE and Saudi Arabia with different profiles: recent car buyers, car owners who had had their car serviced or repaired recently, people who own a car but also use other forms of transport, and people who did not have access to a car but travelled regularly by other means. In the third phase we recruited 15 Emirati car owners for 90-minute face-to-face interviews at a central location in Dubai.
FieldworkHub did a great job with this recruitment. We always do research with very specific groups of medical specialists, so it's not easy to find suitable respondents. FieldworkHub provided high quality services, which made it possible for us to gather important insights from four completely different markets.
