Our client was looking to conduct 90-minute focus groups with French-Canadian individuals who lived in Québec and spoke Québécois. In this case the client was responsible for recruiting the focus group participants but they needed FieldworkHub’s help to find a suitably qualified Québécois moderator and a simultaneous translator.
This was a first for the FieldworkHub team, as we had never previously carried out research in Québécois. We took extra care when it came to interviewing potential moderators, as we wanted to ensure they would be suitable for our client. The outcome of this project saw both focus groups completed successfully with no issues and the client team was very impressed with our chosen moderator throughout the entire research process.

Not only did Caroline respond to my email almost immediately, she picked up the phone and talked to me about my needs.
