The client brief
Our client was looking to conduct 90-minute focus groups with French-Canadian individuals who lived in Québec and spoke Québécois. In this case the client was responsible for recruiting the focus group participants but they needed FieldworkHub’s help to find a suitably qualified Québécois moderator and a simultaneous translator.

This was a first for the FieldworkHub team, as we had never previously carried out research in Québécois. We took extra care when it came to interviewing potential moderators, as we wanted to ensure they would be suitable for our client.
