Our client wanted to undertake a series of in-depth interviews in order to test names for a new diagnostics platform based on mRNA (instructions that direct cells in the body to make proteins to prevent or treat certain diseases) which allows healthcare providers to distinguish between a viral and bacterial infection in a point of care setting in around 30 minutes. FieldworkHub was asked to recruit GPs and lab technicians in four European markets (Sweden, German, Belgium and the Netherlands) to complete the interviews online.
We arranged interviews with 15 respondents across the four markets over a two-week period which provided invaluable information for the client to analyse.
