A Scandinavian company which develops products for healthcare providers and hospitals reached out to us to recruit 20 paramedics and anaesthesiologists in the UK and ten paramedics and anaesthesiologists in the USA for 60-minute online video calls via Microsoft Teams. The calls were designed to provide input to help the client with a new product design.
FieldworkHub recruited the full quota of 30 respondents very quickly. Recruitment was made more complex by the need to adapt to the changing shift patterns of respondents and time differences between different locations in the USA. The client was very satisfied with the quality of the respondents and the insights that they were able to obtain.
