Overall, we had such a great time with them. All of them showed up early and were very open and interested. They stayed with us for the full 4 hours, covering competitor sites, in-store walk throughs and gave a lot of feedback on product. They were able to articulate the ‘why’ behind most of their feedback which is so helpful when we can’t get this in the office!

The client brief
A leading global strategy consultancy wanted to carry out in-depth interviews with haemophilia patients and healthcare professionals specialising in haemophilia in the UK, France and Germany as part of a project to develop a new app to manage the condition. The app was subsequently launched and then spun out into a new company.
FieldworkHub delivers
Over several phases of work for the consultancy and the spin-out, we recruited more than 20 healthcare professionals (including haematologists, haematology nurses, and physiotherapists and psychologists with haemophilia experience), more than 60 patients (including children aged 6-9, 10-12 and 13-16), and nine parents who look after children with this rare condition.

FieldworkHub has been a great research partner to me and my team. Caroline and Cornelius were incredibly proactive, helping us anticipate any issues that might come up and plan for how to handle them. Even though it did turn out to be a challenging project, things went smoothly because we were one step ahead. The team went above and beyond to help ensure our goals were met.
