We recruited 13 IT security decision makers who worked for large companies to take part in a three-day OBB about external threat intelligence and digital risk protection solutions. Six of the participants were then invited to take part in triad interviews to explore some of the issues in more detail.
We recruited mystery shoppers to visit the online store and brick-and-mortar branches of a kitchenware retailer in the UK. Each shopper bought an item and later returned it, documenting their experience. We also conducted shopper exit interviews over two days at one of the client’s London stores.

We explored the preferences and shopping habits of food and non-food department store shoppers in Switzerland by recruiting participants aged 25-55 living in different types of household in Basel and Geneva to take part in 90-minute online in-depth interviews and shop-alongs.
We supported a well-known soft drinks brand by collecting vox pop recordings to explore squash (concentrated fruit drink) preferences and brand awareness in the UK, Ireland, Brazil, and France. The participants that we recruited included representatives of Gen Z, Gen Y (Millennials), Gen X and older demographics.
A manufacturer of vitamin tablets and dietary supplements asked us to conduct research on a new range of chewable vitamin tablets. We recorded vox pops in London, and conducted a central location test and in-person focus groups to gather feedback on the taste and packaging of the tablets.
