FieldworkHub partnered with a company that is setting up UK-based health and wellness clinics to deliver a full-service research project using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods. The client wanted to learn about how they could alleviate pressures on health services and what types of healthcare services and products the general public would like to be offered.
The FieldworkHub team assisted in the creation of the research materials, including the screener and discussion guide for the qualitative research and the questionnaire for the quantitative survey. We also supported at each stage of the research process from recruitment to fielding to reporting. The experienced internal recruitment team headed up recruitment for the qualitative portion of the project, and successfully recruited 10 GPs for online interviews, and 20 consumers for the focus group discussions, and provided input on the client’s draft discussion guide for both the interviews and the groups. FieldworkHub’s reminder system ensured that there was a 100% show rate for the focus groups, and IDIs. We were also responsible for the online hosting of the qualitative IDIs and focus groups, and programming and hosting the quantitative survey with 1000 respondents who represented the client’s target demographic. Our client was extremely pleased with the quality of insights they gained as well as the service that FieldworkHub provided.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for more. The recruits were exactly the profile we were hoping to get, and we got a really good mix. All respondents showed up (a rare thing these days), and all contributed meaningfully. Your team was on point with communication and support – both your project managers were extremely attentive and responsive. All in all, it’s been a great experience.
