We were asked to recruit B2B respondents in the USA who are directly responsible for operating a company health insurance and pharmacy plan. The client wanted to talk to understand how they use their provider’s online portal to manage the pharmacy benefits that their company offers to its employees.
An online content and advertising company asked FieldworkHub to recruit participants and run focus groups with senior executives from traditional creative adveristing and performance agencies. We recruited over 50 people for focus groups in 4 global markets including the UK, Germany, India and Singapore.

We were asked to recruit 40 respondents per market for an online bulletin board. The client was keen to find a mix of gender, age. ethnicity/race, socio-economic status and location.
Our team completed a project for a global hotel chain, interested in exploring the experience and needs of individuals who stay in hotels for business or leisure trips and what influences their choice of hotel. We completed 16 interviews and 15 triads to collect insights about the factors that they take into account.
