A global strategy consultancy wanted to carry out interviews with haemophilia patients/healthcare professionals specialising in haemophilia as part of a project to develop a new app to manage the condition. We recruited over 20 healthcare professionals, 60 patients, and nine parents who have children with haemophilia.
We arranged 60-minute qualitative shelf test interviews to take place with tradespeople in varying trades at a viewing facility in Lyon, France, so that our client could establish perceptions of a potential new range of general construction tools within it’s target audience.
