We arranged two focus groups in the UK with homeowners who had recently had their central heating boiler replaced, homeowners with older boilers and homeowners who had a service contract to maintain and repair their boiler. We recruited 12 respondents and liaised with the facilities to ensure the groups ran smoothly.
