We were asked to recruit people who worked for companies that purchase fragrance ingredients in bulk and were involved in briefing fragrance houses or manufacturers on how they want their products to smell.
FieldworkHub was asked to recruit UK-based respondents for a three-part development study discussing difficulties that people encountered when claiming from their motor insurance provider following an accident. We recruited 13 respondents who had made a recent claim and were able to speak about their experiences.
A major skin and beauty brand retailer was looking at relaunching one of its product lines and wanted some feedback from current and potential customers. A US based client asked FieldworkHub to find participants from a range of ethnic, work and educational background who were open to trying new salty snack foods. Each participant was invited to take part in online activities and discussion, including reacting to the appearance and taste of a new type of snack food.
We were asked to find 24 respondents in France who owned, or worked for, small and medium-sized businesses and were heavily involved in accounting within the business for 60-minute online interviews, two-hour ideation workshops and an online user test of some potential new features that the client team had worked on.
Our client was wanted to find out more about attitudes towards healthcare insurance in four different markets: Belgium, Poland, Spain and Turkey. The research involved three rounds of 60-minute remote interviews with differences in the profiles required in each market and each round of research.
A consultancy was helping their client to find ways to overcome a shortage of drivers of large goods vehicles in the UK and looking to improve diversity within the community of HGV drivers. We worked closely with the client to develop a suitable questionnaire and then programmed it as an online survey.
A leading multinational packaged food company, wanted to test out new flavours of their product in the UK market and asked FieldworkHub to recruit respondents aged 14 to 22 to complete online activities. We oversaw the entire recruitment process and kept the client updated on a daily basis.
