FieldworkHub helped a leading healthcare consultancy to conduct face-to-face interviews in Basel, Switzerland with patients who have Multiple Sclerosis (MS) or arthritis and their carers for a study about the packaging of medicines used to treat these conditions.
Our client was working for Toyota and Lexus in the Middle East and wanted to explore topics around car ownership, car servicing and personal mobility in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We were asked to recruit 60 car owners, car drivers and people who used other personal mobility solutions for 90-minute online and face-to-face IDIs.
A management consultancy was assisting a client in Abu Dhabi with a project relating to health insurance for diabetics and patients with other common chronic conditions. We were asked to recruit Emirati patients, ex-pat patients who live in Abu Dhabi, and younger Emiratis for online interviews.
An Omani corporation wanted to carry out ethnographic research on energy topics with a diverse range of target groups, including petrol station customers, independent retailers, commercial fleet procurement and operations managers, and energy managers for large buildings. We recruited almost 50 respondents and provided on-the-ground support.
A global technology company wanted to speak to teachers and education leaders in the UK about the use of educational technology in the classroom and for remote learning during the coronavirus lockdowns. FieldworkHub was tasked with recruiting 24 respondents within a week to take part in a series of online focus groups.
We conducted research for one of the best-known multi-manager online investment management platforms in the UK. We were asked to recruit 50 participants in different age groups and with varying levels of investible assets for online depth interviews. We were also asked to program and host two online surveys.
FieldworkHub found female respondents aged 50-70 with at least $250,000 or equivalent in investable assets who were either currently using, or considering using, a financial advisor or money manager. Via a combination of free-find recruitment and our in-house panel, we successfully engaged 6 women in Canada and the UK to take part in the study.
We recruited participants in the UK for a time trade-off study about how different stages of a disease impact health-related quality of life. The respondents took part in a 60-minute IDI, where they were asked questions around terminal illness and quality of life. We successfully recruited participants to take part in 200 interviews.
FieldworkHub organised IDIs with surgeons and hospital administrators from UK hospitals. We recruited a mix of individuals working in hospitals that currently use software applications and robotic products in their operating theatres, and those who don’t currently, but are interested in using them in the near future.
FieldworkHub recruited women in Poland who use liquid stain remover to take part in a two-week online diary study to understand the reasons behind choosing a certain brand. We worked with the client to help set up the respondents on the diary platform and monitored their progress on a daily basis.
We recruited teens and young adults in Brazil, Mexico, Canada, the Philippines and Japan to take part in online IDIs about their use of avatar-based stickers on Facebook. The respondents had to be smartphone users who used avatar stickers as part of social interaction within messenger platforms.
A Veterinary University in the UK asked us to recruit 36 respondents with differing diets to gain a better understanding on attitudes to meat consumption and the influences of public policy on their diets. We successfully recruited for six in-person focus groups about recent changes to public policy on poultry and farming conditions.
