Targeted focus groups in the UK, USA and Singapore on skincare

A major skin and beauty brand retailer with shops in many different countries was looking at relaunching one of its product lines and wanted some feedback from current and potential customers.

FieldworkHub arranged four targeted focus groups in each market; two groups of people who already shopped with the retailer in question and two groups of potential customers. In total, 36 respondents  were recruited in under two weeks and all of the focus groups ran successfully.
