We conducted qualitative healthcare market research for a medical device manufacturer at a viewing facility in Central London. The client wanted to speak to experienced emergency healthcare workers such as paramedics and air ambulance staff who had recent experience using a mobile suctioning device to clear a patient’s airways.
FieldworkHub used a variety of recruitment strategies to find the profiles, including our existing participant community and leveraging referrals from previous projects. Overall, the client was pleased with the quality of recruits and coordination of the in-person interviews. We also assisted in making arrangements at the facility for the usability testing sessions, and ensured that the medical suctioning devices were safely stored overnight.
