The client wanted to explore shoppers' attitudes towards credit and deferred payments in the Netherlands through a series of mini focus groups and paired interviews. We were given a number of interlocking quotas to meet as part of the recruitment process, including different behaviours, attitudes, and usage of deferred payments and credit.
FieldworkHub successfully recruited each group and pair based on the allocated age group, gender, life-stage and location (respondents had to be from Amsterdam or a selection of other Dutch cities). The respondents in the paired interviews had to be related to each other or friends, so we followed a referral process to recruit for these interviews. We also managed scheduling with two different client interviewers, and ensured that each interviewer’s specific scheduling needs were met. Our project management team successfully delivered two rounds of research, ensuring that all interview and focus group slots were filled in good time and helping to ensure that all research sessions ran smoothly.
FieldworkHub has been a great research partner to me and my team. Caroline and Cornelius were incredibly proactive, helping us anticipate any issues that might come up and plan for how to handle them. Even though it did turn out to be a challenging project, things went smoothly because we were one step ahead. The team went above and beyond to help ensure our goals were met.
