Our client makes an all-in-one Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution for managing human resources and recruiting new talent. FieldworkHub was asked to help them understand the different recruitment processes used by companies to hire new staff, particularly when it is managed by an in-house recruitment team. They wished to conduct 60-minute online Zoom interviews with HR managers to discuss their experiences with the tools and workflows that they currently use to help identify, manage and hire candidates for vacancies in their companies.
Respondents had to be based in the UK, Ireland, Sweden and Denmark, and the sample needed to include company with 250-499 employees, 500-999 employees and 1000-2000 employees. FieldworkHub successfully recruited 11 profiles across the four markets and also achieved a mix of age, experience, gender and ethnicity in the sample.
