Our client was supporting a staffing agency which provides healthcare professionals on a temporary basis to the National Health Service and private healthcare facilities. We were asked to obtain 100 completes of an online survey about agency work from a mix of general practitioners (GPs), hospital doctors and nurses. The client wanted to understand how the target audience perceived agency work, which agencies they were aware of, what they saw as the advantages and disadvantages of agency work compared to permanent employment, what methods they used when searching for employment and, if they had previously dealt with an agency, whether the experience was positive or negative.
We worked very closely with our client to review and improve the questions in the survey to ensure that they would provide the required insights. During fielding, we kept a close eye on the quotas set by our client for GPs, hospital doctors and nurses. We also provide a summary report and helped the client to interpret the data. Our findings helped the staffing agency to improve the messaging they used with existing agency workers and potential new recruits.
Thanks to you and your team for getting everyone set up tonight and making sure the groups ran smoothly.
