The client brief

Our client was a US-based predictive analytics company for the consumer packaged goods and food and beverage industries. They were looking to carry out taste tests with large groups in many different countries and due to last-minute schedule changes, FieldworkHub were asked to arrange the groups in London with less than one week’s notice.

These are the methodologies FieldworkHub used during this research process to help our client achieve their desired results.

FieldworkHub delivers

We recruited 100 participants to take part in the first day of taste testing and helped our client to select 25 participants from the original group for two further days of testing. We also arranged facilities for all three days, incentives for each participant, and delivered products to the facility to be tested, along with necessary serving supplies.

The team were very quick to support all aspects of the project with excellent communication throughout.
