Our client was assisting a major online video streaming service which wanted to refine and test the way it communicated an important service change to subscribers around the globe. FieldworkHub was asked to recruit streaming users for focus groups in Australia, Canada, the UK, Korea, Brazil and Argentina.
Over a period of approximately two weeks in each market, we recruited 12 recent subscribers and 12 tenured subscribers ensuring each group also met a variety of other recruitment criteria. In Australia and the non English-speaking markets we also arranged for the groups to be led by a local moderator who was familiar with recent developments in the video streaming market, with simultaneous translation for the clients who were observing. The client was very pleased with the insights that they obtained and used these to help decide on the timing and content of the final messaging.

I contacted FieldworkHub with a last-minute research request. I thought it would be tricky to pull off, but Philip and the team made it so easy. It was a pleasure to work with people who were clearly experts at what they do. Not only did they turn the whole project around super quickly, but they were responsive, helpful and gave very thoughtful suggestions when I asked for advice. The process was smooth and easy from the start.
