FieldworkHub was asked to arrange focus groups with parents of children aged 2-6 in the UK, France and Germany to help them decide whether to invest in a company that made talking toys. The research aim was to find out about the parents’ toy purchasing behaviour. We arranged the groups, recruitment of respondents, facility hire and moderation.
A leading manufacturer of connected home devices wanted to find out more about the way that consumers in the UK and Germany use smart devices in conjunction with each other. We guided 40 individuals through the research programme which was based on a smartphone activity and diary app.
A global strategy consultancy wanted to carry out interviews with haemophilia patients/healthcare professionals specialising in haemophilia as part of a project to develop a new app to manage the condition. We recruited over 20 healthcare professionals, 60 patients, and nine parents who have children with haemophilia.
